The Blaze – 3 months (350/month+gst)

– Unlimited access to Surefire’s preferred fitness app

– Comprehensive physical assessment & goal setting consultation

– 2 personal training sessions per month (approx. every 2 weeks) with Kate the Kinesiologist

– Customized training plan for your personal use

– Flexible options for training outdoors, at home, at a gym, or virtually

– Ongoing adaptations/tweaks of exercises as required – Your program is always tweaked to your needs.

– Access to Kate the Kinesiologist anytime you may have questions or concerns regarding your health, fitness, workouts, and more.

– Ongoing support and guidance

– Direct referral to trusted allied health professionals (massage, physio, chiropractic, etc.) in Surefire’s network

– Access to Surefire Fitness community events

– Signed copy of Kate’s best-selling book ‘Throw Your Scale Away! Reclaiming the True Meaning of Health & Fitness’

Do you have private health insurance? Does your plan include Kinesiology or services offered by a Certified Kinesiologist? If so, you may be able to claim a portion of your Surefire Personal Training for a reimbursement. Check with your health insurance provider for details.

  • Singular Personal Training sessions – $150+gst
  • 5% GST will be added to all prices.
  • Session duration is approximately 55 minutes.
  • 24 hour cancellation policy in effect (please be considerate if you need to reschedule).
