This event is family friendly and suitable for all fitness levels.

Time: 11am-1pm (drop in anytime and stay as long as you like between 11am and 1pm to complete your workout)

Location: Norberry-Glenlee Community Centre (26 Molgat Ave in St. Vital)

Donation: $20/person to attend with all proceeds going to KidSport Manitoba
