Surefire Fitness offers Golf Specific Physical Assessments and Fitness Programs. The Physical Assessment will measure your strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility. You will then be given a customized Golf Fitness Program to help you improve your game!

All Golf Fitness sessions are conducted by Kate the Kinesiologist who is a Certified Level 2 Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Fitness Instructor & Advanced Sport Conditioning Specialist.
