Surefire Fitness Challenge


Surefire Fitness Challenges are a 6-8 week group fitness training program designed to get you moving!. Offered periodically throughout the year, Surefire Fitness Challenges provide the kickstart you'll need to develop a stronger, more mobile, and healthier you.

Kickstart your fitness this Summer! Next session July 10 - August 16, 2017

Program includes:
- 6 weeks of outdoor group fitness training on Mondays & Wednesdays (including many park adventures!)
- Baseline fitness testing to kick off the program
- Surefire Fitness workout T-shirt (men's & women's sizing)
- Food & Activity Tracking Journal
- Fitness testing at the conclusion of program to measure improvements

- Fun after-party to celebrate your achievements

Sessions are from 7:30-8:30pm at St.Vital Park (sessions are rain or shine)

Space is limited. All levels welcome. Only $199!
