Kickstart your fitness this Spring!
- 6 weeks of group fitness training on Mondays & Wednesdays
- Baseline fitness testing to kick off the program
- Surefire Fitness workout T-shirt (men's & women's sizing)
- Food & Activity Tracking Journal
- Fitness testing at the conclusion of program to measure improvements
Sessions are from 8:30-9:30pm at the MorFit Training Centre (255 Tache Ave. in St. B.)
