Surefire Spring Fitness Challenge - April 3 to May 10, 2017

 

Kickstart your fitness this Spring!

 

Program includes:

- 6 weeks of group fitness training on Mondays & Wednesdays

- Baseline fitness testing to kick off the program

- Surefire Fitness workout T-shirt (men's & women's sizing)

- Food & Activity Tracking Journal

- Fitness testing at the conclusion of program to measure improvements

 

Sessions are from 8:30-9:30pm at the MorFit Training Centre (255 Tache Ave. in St. B.)

 

Space is limited. All levels welcome. Only $199!

Train Your Trainer - Exact date TBA

Our Train your Trainer event is your chance to get back at your Personal Trainer...all in support of KidSport Manitoba!

Join in on the workout or sit back and watch them sweat! Click here to watch.

Registration includes: gift pack, T-Shirt, a great workout, a chance to win some fantastic door prizes, post workout refreshments, and a whole lot of fun - all for a fantastic cause! Don't forget to bring your gently used sporting goods as we are collecting them on-site for KidSport MB.

Surefire Spirit Week Classes - December 2017

Surefire Spirit Week is a time when we open our doors for guests to try out our group fitness classes in exchange for a donation in support of the Siloam Mission, Winnipeg Harvest, & Christmas Cheer Board.

 

Classes are from 6-7pm at the Norberry-Glenlee CC (26 Molgat)

 

Tuesday Dec 13 - Winter Wonderland Workout (we'll stay inside but wear your white!)

 

Thursday Dec 15 - Holiday Jingle Workout (wear your red/green)

Show your spirit and have a chance to win some super prizes! Participants are also invited to drop off non-perishable food items and unwrapped toys which will be donated to those in need during the holiday season.

Valentine's Day FItness Fun - February 13, 2018

 

Join us for a fun-filled group fitness class all in support of the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

 

Bring your friends and wear your pink/red workout gear to show your support!

Class is from 6-7pm in the main gym at the Norberry-Glenlee CC. Cost to attend is by donation (all proceeds to the Heart & Stroke Foundation).
