4tFIREGroup Fitness
4tFIRE ('Fortifier') Classes

4tFIRE is a high-intensity group fitness training program that’s designed to create a stronger and healthier you. While others call it ‘boot camp,’ 4tFIRE is a fun and endurance-developing environment without the drill sergeant barking orders − just the motivation and inspiration to go further.

Fitness 4tFIRE
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time:

6-7 pm (All levels welcome)

Where:

Norberry-Glenlee CC (26 Molgat Ave.)

Bring:

Water bottle, yoga mat or towel, indoor running shoes


Class options (gst included):

1x/week - $59/month

2x/week - $99/month

5-class pass - 85 (17/class)

10-class pass - 150 (15/class)

NEW! 25-class pass - 350 (14/class)

 

Class passes are valid for 6 months after the date they are first used.

Class passes can be shared - bring a friend or family member!

Gst will be added to class pass prices.

 

Please note:

  • Sessions may be subject to change or cancelled at any time.

  • Space is limited. Once a class is full, participants will be placed on the wait-list until space becomes available.

  • Cancellations to monthly Fitness 4tFIRE subscriptions must be made 30 days in advance.
