Group Fitness 4tFIRE & Fitness Challenges
4tFIRE is a high-intensity group fitness training program that’s designed to create a stronger and healthier you. While others call it ‘boot camp,’ 4tFIRE is a fun and endurance-developing environment without the drill sergeant barking orders − just the motivation and inspiration to go further.
